By using SoSoLegit Travel Cinema, you agree to comply with these terms. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent bans, and legal action.
Respectful Communication
All users must maintain respectful and constructive communication in comments, replies, and any other interaction on the platform.
- • Hate speech of any kind is strictly prohibited
- • Vulgar language or offensive content will not be tolerated
- • Harassment or bullying of other users is forbidden
- • Discriminatory remarks based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or any protected class
⚠️ Violation Result: Immediate 30-day suspension pending admin review. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban.
Unauthorized Use of Content
All content on SoSoLegit Travel Cinema is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and will result in severe consequences.
- ❌ Re-recording or screen capturing our content for distribution
- ❌ Re-uploading any of our content to other platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, social media, etc.)
- ❌ Downloading and sharing content without explicit written permission
- ❌ Commercial use of any kind without licensing agreement
⚖️ LEGAL PENALTIES:
- • Immediate permanent account ban
- • Legal action including civil lawsuits
- • DMCA takedown notices filed against violating accounts
- • Potential criminal prosecution for copyright infringement
✅ Permitted Use - Content Creators & Reviewers
Content creators are permitted to use our content ONLY for legitimate review purposes under these strict conditions:
- • Fair use clips only (typically under 60 seconds)
- • Commentary and criticism must be substantial and transformative
- • Clear attribution to SoSoLegit Travel Cinema required
- • Link back to original content on our platform
- • No monetization without prior written permission
Defamation & Negative Content
- • Using our content to defame SoSoLegit or our creators
- • Creating misleading or false narratives using our content
- • Planting negative seeds or spreading misinformation
- • Malicious editing to misrepresent our content or message
⚖️ Violation Result: Civil rights action will be pursued, including defamation lawsuits and claims for damages.
Upload Standards
Content creators with upload privileges must adhere to strict content standards. All uploads are subject to admin review.
- • Targeted harassment - Content created to attack, demean, or target specific individuals
- • Personal vendettas - Using the platform to settle personal disputes
- • Inappropriate content - Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unsuitable material
- • Hate content - Any content promoting hate, discrimination, or violence
- • Misleading information - Deliberately false or deceptive content
- • Copyright violations - Uploading content you don't own or have rights to
❌ Content violating these guidelines will be immediately declined. Repeated violations will result in loss of creator privileges and account termination.
Content Review Process
All creator-uploaded content goes through admin review before publication to ensure compliance with our community standards and legal requirements. This process typically takes 24-48 hours.
By using SoSoLegit Travel Cinema, you agree to:
- Treat all community members with respect and dignity
- Report violations of these terms to our moderation team
- Not circumvent or attempt to bypass content protection measures
- Provide accurate information in your account and profile
- Not create multiple accounts to evade suspensions or bans
- Respect the intellectual property rights of creators and the platform
SoSoLegit Travel Cinema is rated 12+ on the Apple App Store. The app may contain infrequent or mild content — including films and documentaries exploring themes of healing, identity, and purpose, and user-generated community content that is moderated but not always pre-reviewed before posting — that may not be suitable for children under 12.
To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country (typically 18), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, and that guardian is responsible for your use of the service and any purchases you make.
By downloading or using the app, you confirm that you meet the age requirements applicable in your country, including in regions where the app is distributed such as Afghanistan and Morocco.
SoSoLegit Travel Cinema is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play in the territories those stores support, including Afghanistan and Morocco. Your use of the service is subject to the laws of the country in which you reside.
In Morocco, the processing of your personal data is governed by Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and you may exercise your rights under that law as described in our Privacy Policy.
In Afghanistan, your use of the service is subject to applicable Afghan law. Where local law requires it, we will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience, but transactions are settled in United States Dollars (USD); see the "Pricing, Currency & Payments" section below.
Display Currency
Subscription prices, tip amounts, membership tiers, and creator earnings are displayed in your local currency for your convenience. Your display currency is auto-detected from your browser locale and can be changed at any time in Settings.
Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed and recorded in United States Dollars (USD) as the platform's base currency. The amounts you see in your local currency are estimates based on live exchange rates and may differ slightly from the final charged amount due to conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
- Exchange rates are fetched from a live market data source and refresh periodically
- SoSoLegit is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or foreign transaction fees charged by your financial institution
- Creator payouts and earnings are calculated and paid in USD regardless of the display currency
- The displayed price at checkout is an estimate; the authoritative charge is the USD amount
Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the listed USD price until cancelled. You may cancel anytime in Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Price changes, when they occur, will be communicated in advance per applicable law.
SoSoLegit offers AI-assisted tools including the Creator Assistant, audition practice and feedback, AI role matching, and coaching insights. These features generate suggestions and analysis automatically and are provided for informational and developmental purposes only.
- AI feedback is not professional career, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice — do not rely on it as a substitute for professional guidance
- AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased; you are responsible for your own submissions, performances, and decisions
- Do not submit content through AI features that violates these Terms or that you do not have the rights to process
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without notice
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Permanently Deleted
When you delete your account, all of your content and posts will be permanently deleted from the SoSoLegit platform. This includes:
- Uploaded films, series, videos, and audio tracks
- Forum topics and replies you created
- Community updates and talent showcase submissions
- Comments, likes, and interactions on content
- Watchlist, viewing history, and saved preferences
- Creator updates, audition recordings, and coaching submissions
Important: Once your account is deleted, your content cannot be recovered. Any active subscription is also cancelled at the time of deletion. Some anonymized records (such as transaction logs required for tax or legal compliance) may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but all personally identifiable content and posts will be removed.
For accounts terminated by SoSoLegit due to violations, the same permanent deletion of content and posts applies, except where content must be retained for legal, investigative, or DMCA compliance purposes.
If you are unable to access your account to delete it, contact support@sosolegittvproductions.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Violation Tiers
- Tier 1 (Warning): Minor infractions - verbal warning, content removal
- Tier 2 (Suspension): Hate speech, vulgar language - 30-day suspension
- Tier 3 (Permanent Ban): Copyright violation, repeated offenses - permanent account termination + legal action
Appeals Process
Users may appeal suspensions or bans by contacting support@sosolegittvproductions.com with their case details. Appeals are reviewed by senior administrators within 5-7 business days. Legal violations (copyright infringement, defamation) are not eligible for appeal.
