Emails & In-App Messages
- Support inquiries submitted through the Contact form
- Messages exchanged with our support and moderation teams
- We retain these communications to respond to your requests and manage your account
Photos, Videos & Audio Files
- Profile pictures you upload
- Creator-uploaded films, series, and video content
- Audio tracks submitted to the AAIA Music store
- Audition recordings and coaching session responses
- You retain ownership of your content; we host and display it within the SoSoLegit ecosystem
Files & Documents
- Resumes and portfolios submitted with crew or audition applications
- Tax documentation (W-9) and tax identifiers (SSN or EIN) provided by creators for payout and tax compliance — these sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized personnel
- Shipping addresses for merchandise orders
- We collect user-provided documents strictly to process employment applications, fulfill orders, or verify creator accounts
Location Information
- Approximate and precise device location, accessed only when you choose to use the "Find workshops near me" feature
- Location is used to calculate distance to nearby workshops and sort results based on proximity to you
- You can choose whether to share your location via the standard device permission prompt; the feature is optional and the app remains fully usable without it
- We do not store your location history or share your coordinates with third parties
App Activity & Interactions
- Videos watched and viewing progress
- In-app search queries and browse history
- Watchlist, favorites, likes, and comments
- App interactions such as clicks, taps, and engagement events
Other User-Generated Content
- Forum topics and replies you post
- Community updates and talent showcase submissions
- Comments on videos and creator updates
- This content is visible to other users within the community
Purchase & Financial Information
- Subscription tier and billing cycle
- Transaction status and order IDs (we do not store full payment card details)
- Creator earnings, tips, and payout records
App Performance Data
- Crash logs and error reports
- Diagnostics such as device performance and network conditions
- Used to identify bugs, maintain stability, and keep the app secure
Device or Other IDs
- Device identifiers and internal application IDs
- Authentication tokens and session identifiers
- Used to maintain your account, ensure platform security, and prevent unauthorized access
- Mobile push-notification tokens used to deliver alerts and updates to your device; you can disable notifications in your device settings
Moderation & Safety Data
- User reports and block records submitted through our community moderation tools

SoSoLegit uses AI to power several creator and talent features. When you use these features, the content you submit is processed by our AI providers to generate a response:
- Creator Assistant: Messages you send to the in-app Creator Assistant are processed by an AI model to answer questions about your submissions and account status
- Audition Practice & Coaching: Your audition recordings and practice submissions may be transcribed (speech-to-text) and analyzed to provide feedback, scoring, and coaching insights
- AI Role Matching: Your audition application details are compared against open casting calls to suggest suitable roles
This processing is used solely to provide the feature you requested. We do not use your content, recordings, or conversations to train AI models, and we do not sell AI-generated outputs about you to third parties. You may decline to use any AI-assisted feature; the rest of the app remains fully usable without them.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL)
- Secure authentication via Google OAuth
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and monitoring
- Data backup and recovery systems
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may share your information in limited circumstances:
- With your consent: When you explicitly agree to sharing
- Service providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, crash-reporting/analytics services, and live currency exchange-rate data providers that help us maintain app stability, security, and accurate localized pricing

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your profile, watchlist, viewing history, comments, and saved preferences will be removed.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the SoSoLegit app and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to Settings from the menu.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap or click the "Delete Account" button.
- Confirm your choice in the dialog that appears.
Important: Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you have an active subscription, deletion will also cancel your subscription. Any creator content or posts you have published may be retained in accordance with our Terms of Service.
If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us at support@sosolegittvproductions.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
App Store Age Rating: 12+. SoSoLegit Travel Cinema is rated 12+ on the Apple App Store. The platform contains infrequent or mild subject matter that may not be suitable for younger audiences, including films and documentaries exploring themes of healing, identity, and personal purpose, along with user-generated community content (forum posts, comments, and creator uploads) that is moderated but not always pre-reviewed before posting.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction (typically 18) may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the minor's activity and any purchases on the platform.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@sosolegittvproductions.com and we will delete it.
SoSoLegit Travel Cinema is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play and is available in the territories those stores serve, including Afghanistan and Morocco.
If you access the app from Morocco, your personal data is subject to Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and you may exercise the rights granted to you under that law by contacting us at support@sosolegittvproductions.com; we will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.
If you access the app from Afghanistan, your use of the service and our handling of your information are subject to applicable Afghan law, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.
Pricing is displayed in your local currency for convenience, but all transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD); see our Terms of Service for details.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
